All of our products are handmade in-house, and because of the nature of small-batch production, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. Orders returned due to customer error (wrong or incomplete address) are not eligible for full refunds.

Reshipments require a flat-rate shipping fee, even if the original order qualified for free shipping. If canceled, only the product total will be refunded, minus actual shipping costs.
