Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Subscription Policy
By enrolling in a subscription with CHAPARRAL THEORY, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Two-Month Minimum Commitment – All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two (2) consecutive months. Subscriptions cannot be canceled during this initial two-month period. This is to prevent subscription discount misuse.

  2. Billing & Renewals – Your payment method on file will be automatically charged on a recurring basis (monthly) until you cancel your subscription after the two-month minimum has been met.

  3. Managing Your Subscription – You may update your billing information, shipping address, or request to skip a month by contacting us at hello@chaparraltheory.com. These changes do not void the two-month minimum commitment.

  4. Cancellation – After the two-month minimum has been fulfilled, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by emailing hello@chaparraltheory.com. Cancellations requested before the two-month minimum will take effect after the commitment is complete.

  5. Refunds – Subscription orders are final sale. We do not provide refunds or accept disputes/chargebacks for failure to cancel before your next billing date or due to failure to complete the two month commitment.

  6. Acknowledgment – By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these subscription terms, which are also available on our product pages and Refund Policy.


Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
